Each of these is customizable for YOUR event in the language of your group to make the process easy for you.

Customized Event Communication Timeline (CECT)
We will customize a timeline just for your event and provide you with a calendar to follow along. Post it on your bulletin board and use it as a reminder in the months leading up to your event. This will include dates to implement each of the tools below.

Save the Date Emails
Ensuring that all your group members are able to attend can be tough – avoid that but utilizing our Save the Date emails to inform them of the date of your event before ordering and collection begins.

Flyers
We can create a flyer specific to your event and we want your input – have something special that you want to communicate? We can do it! Flyers can serve as an informative piece and an order form!

Posters
Hang a poster in employee or organization common areas and no one will forget about your event date!
Online Ordering
Don’t want to worry about collecting flyers and money? Use our newest tool – Online Ordering! For groups of 300 or more we can set up a special link on our website for your members to order online with no hassle to you! We can even create a customizable Email Evite to go along with the launch date – its as easy as clicking a button and ordering your tickets!
